Coronavirus Update: 09/12/2021

Omicron variant update. According to to the BBC News, scientists say Omicron cases could be doubling every 2.5 to three days, and as of 09/12/2021 568 confirmed Omicron cases have been identified in the UK.

Under the new rules:

From Friday, face masks will be required in more public settings – including theatres and cinemas

From Monday, people will be asked to work from home where possible

The Sudell gutter cleaning teams will continue to take this seriously to help protect our team and our customers. As we work outdoors, using our services is low risk, and we are still able to deliver them safely with very low risk of transmitting the disease.

Our teams will continue to wear face coverings, sanitise our hands and equipment regularly, and maintain a safe distance when necessary. If you have any special requirements, please feel free to contact your local Sudell representative.

Coronavirus Update: 19/07/2021

Freedom day and Level Zero. As we proceed past freedom day in England and Level 0 in Scotland and the restrictions are being lifted, we acknowledge that some of our customers are still vulnerable or may feel uncomfortable returning to a relative normality.

Regardless of the easing, you can be confident that our gutter cleaning and repair teams are going to continue taking precautions for your safety and peace of mind.

We will continue to wear masks when necessary, maintain social distancing, and sanitise regularly. We will avoid entering your home unless necessary and instead will gain access via garden gates when present. We will continue to follow the government guidelines and will quickly implement any changes should there be any.

Coronavirus Update: 05/01/2021

Sudell Gutter Cleaning continue to stay open for business and we can continue to provide gutter services.

Once again, the Prime Minister has announced that we will be entering another lockdown where people must stay at home.

We are very low risk as all of our services are completed outdoors and we do not need to enter your home. We will continue to follow the governments guidance and we will continue to sanitise, wear masks and gloves when needed and keep our distance.

Coronavirus Update: 31/10/2020

We are still open for business and are able to continue providing our services.

The PM has announced a 4-week national lockdown in England due to last until 2 December. Sudell Gutter Cleaning® are still open for business and are able to continue helping with all your gutter cleaning, repair and installation requirements (with a smile!). Rest assured Sudell will continue to follow the governments advice and take all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus.

We will continue to stay at least 2 meters apart, sanitise regularly and wear a mask. If you are vulnerable or shielding, we can take extra precautions by communicating via telephone to prevent face to face contact. If you have any specific requirements, we are more than happy to help where possible.

Coronavirus Contact Free Gutter Services

We are open for business and continuing to serve our customers by respecting the government guidelines. The steps we are taking include social distancing, regular hand washing, sanitising, and wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment to help the safety of our customers and colleagues.

Rest assured that Sudell is taking the COVID-19 outbreak seriously. As the virus continues to affect the UK, Sudell has implemented some extra measures to help stop the spread of the infection.

  • We will contact you the day before to confirm that we are still coming to do your job.
  • We do not need to enter your home or premise.
  • If necessary, we may ask you in advance to unlock gates if we require access to the rear of the property.
  • We always use gloves which are changed before each job.
  • You can still pay by cheque, or you can alternatively pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card or via PayPal.
  • We are able communicate via mobile phone to avoid face to face communication.
  • If you have a gutter problem, we are able to locate and find your gutter problems in your absense to avoid face to face contact.
