FCC Electrical Gutter Maintenance
Gutter cleaning maintenance was required by management at FCC Electrical to help solve some internal leaks that they were experiencing.
Rainwater was able to find its way into the building causing significant damage inside. It was evident that rainwater was running near air conditioning units and possibly near electrical cables.
A three man team along with a 25m truck mounted lifter with safety harnesses and ropes were required to access the gutters to complete the essential gutter cleaning maintenance. As expected, the gutters we’re full of the usual debris consisting of general crud, dense grass carpeting along the bottom of the gutter, and general bird deposits. This was all cleaned, with the outlets unblocked and tested, Upon cleaning several splits in the gutter liner were identified, which we were able to re seal after the gutter cleaning maintenance was finished.
