We recently had our gutters replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. Lian was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the new gutters have made a noticeable difference already.They left everything clean and tidy, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Harley came out to sort my gutters out today. Great service, friendly & professional person. Pictures showed blocked the gutters were & how clean the after cleaning. My neighbour saw him doing the work & asked him to sort hers as well. She was also very pleased. Harley let's you know when he is on the way & you can track him on his journey to you. I can recommend him.

I called Sudell after having a flyer through the door, I explained the gutters needed a clean and also said I think there was a leak in a corner joint. The Sudell representative (Rikesh) arrived on the appointment date, took pictures from a ladder to show clean needed, but also said no leak, the gutters were just full. Quoted £90 for a full clean of the house and garage. It was apparent on the next rain fall there was indeed a leak. So I called Rikesh and asked him to return, twice which were cancelled due to him being ill. I was out on the actual return and he promptly charged my wife £50 for a return visit and a bit of silicone in the joint! Feels like a money making visit if honest. First visit couldn't fault.
